CAMP INFORMATION

At Sterntaler, we offer School Holiday Camps every week during in the holidays. 

The camps include two group lessons per day and are created to improve riders' skills and confidence through flat work and poles and, where possible, over jumps.

These popular camps are a lot of fun and they provide opportunities for the children to ride bareback as well as taking the horses for a swim in the dam in summer. We are able to include short trail rides and incorporate some cross-country schooling  into the lessons, where the riders' skills allow.

Our 5 day camps include taking the horses and riders for a ride on the beach on Thursdays.

On Fridays we have our mini Ribbon Day to test the riders' new-learned skills .

In between lessons, the children  get the opportunity to learn how to take care of the horses by helping to brush, lead, feed and rug them, and they also get to spend some quality time with our lovely school ponies.

All meals and accommodation are included.

Bring your swimmers & a towel for the pool and beach. 

Please note if there are too many beginner riders on the 5 day camp they might not go to the beach and have a normal lesson instead.

Going to the beach depends on the weather, if it is raining we cannot go.
